Baby Disco!

Way back when - when the sun was warm and summer was still around - Karen and I took the kids to the first-ever BCT Disco. The BCT is the Brussels Childhood Trust and it is an organization supporting and organizing English-speaking families in Brussels. The BCT playgroups have introduced me to many new friends. The three girls were boogey queens cutting a rug together. They just couldn't stop moving to the music. It was a fabulous way to wear out a little of Connor's boundless energy!
It was a simple event - a gym, a DJ, and some balloons. And that's all the kids needed. The gym was full of joyful shrieks and laughter. I couldn't help getting out there to groove a little too.Brady was a little iffy about jumping onto the dance floor......but when we spilled out to the courtyard to play and run Brady was of course all about that!
Hooray for the BCT Disco. Great idea! Great execution! Great night with friends!
